Ads Construction Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects by providing cost-effective solutions and delivering accurate cost analysis and estimates.

As a business, we specialisein EWI Render, but we offer the full building envelope install.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• Conducting cost analysis and value engineering studies
• Developing and maintaining project cost control systems
• Monitoring project costs and providing regular updates to project teams and stakeholders
• Negotiating contracts and subcontracts in Conjunction with the stakeholders
• Managing project change orders and claims

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and cost estimating
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
